换货
换货条件:收货后30天内,除物流搬运设备类以外的产品,如由于产品不符合样本中列明的使用性能的,在确保产品本身未经使用且包装不影响销售
1) 客户致电,提供原订单号并说明有关情况
2) 诺克发换货确认书给客户
3) 客户预付货款将货物寄回诺克,同时寄回货款发票
4) 诺克售后部门确认符合换货条件的,予以寄送符合订购要求的新货;如确认不符合换货标准的,将原件寄回客户
退货
退货条件:收货后14天内,除物流搬运设备类以外的产品,如由于产品本身的材质或工艺缺陷影响正常使用的,在确保产品本身未经使用包装不影响销售
1) 客户致电,提供原订购单号并说明有关情况
2) 诺克发退货确认书给客户
3) 客户预付货款将货物寄回诺克,同时寄回货款发票
4) 诺克售后部门确认符合退货条件的,予以安排退款。如为同一订单下的部分退货,则将开局出去退货品外的新发票并安排退还余款。如确认不符合退货标准的,将原件寄回
维修
维修条件:物流搬运设备类产品
1) 客户致电,提供原订购单号并说明有关情况
2) 诺克发维修确认书给客户
3) 现场维修并结清维修款
Replacement
Replacement conditions: within 30 days of receipt, with the exception of the logistics handling equipments. The products do not meet the using performance listed on the sample book. The product itself has not been used and the packaging does not affect sales.
1) Customer contact, providing the original order number and explain the situation;
2) Noke sends replacement confirmation to the customer;
3) Customers prepaid the payments for goods, at the same time send the payment invoice;
4) If Noke after-sales department confirms the replacement conditions it will sent new goods which comply with the ordered requirements; On the contrary, if the replacement requirements do not meet standards Noke will return the original products to the customer.
Return
Return conditions: within 14 days of receipt, with the exception of the logistics handling equipments. The products can not be normally used because of the material of the products or defects. The product itself has not been used and the packaging does not affect sales.
1) Customer contact, providing the original order number and explain the situation;
2) Noke sends return confirmation to the customer;
3) Customers prepaid the payments for goods, at the same time send the payment invoice;
4) If Noke after-sales department confirms the return conditions it will arrange the reimbursement. If only part of the orders is required to return, it will issue new invoice excluding returned goods and arrange to refund. If the return requirements do not meet standards Noke will return the original products to the customer.
Maintenance
Maintenance conditions: logistics handling equipment products
1) Customer contact, providing the original order number and explain the situation;
2) Noke sends maintenance confirmation to the customer;
3) In site maintenance and paying up the maintenance fees.
