1） 适用范围
在中华人民共和国境内，有诺克青岛叉车有限公司售出的（以诺克发票或复印件为依据）搬运和升降类设备。
2） 重要条款 诺克青岛叉车公司只针对由于设备本身质量问题而产生的故障提供质量保证，并且只提供给第一买方。 此外诺克的质保条款在以下情况下不予生效
（1） 质保索赔没有正式填写诺克的索赔申请单
（2） 在没有经过诺克公司允许下擅自改动设备或改动设计或更换掉设备的原始零件。
（3） 不正确地使用设备，如超过了产品允许的低温工作环境，高温工作环境，粉尘或潮湿环境中使用设备等。
（4） 由于不正确地存放或使用设备或发生意外。
（5） 设备超载
（6） 不适当地保养
（7） 违反了设备使用手册上的操作要求
3） 质保条款生效时间 由产品从诺克公司出运日起生效
4） 由于运输产生的索赔 由于运输过程中产生的破损，买方请通知并提交索赔要求到有关运输公司，连同破损产品照片等证明向保险公司索赔。无需向诺克公司索赔。如果没有按照此过程进行索赔，运输公司有权拒绝受理客户的索赔。
5） 索赔零件的返还条件 在未经诺克公司要求的情况下，请不要将破损零件寄送到诺克公司 如买方在索赔申请通过诺克公司审核后的30日内没有将破损零件返回到诺克公司，索赔费用由买方自行承担。 如果诺克公司研究发现破损零件的损坏是由于不正当操作造成的，索赔费用由买方承担。
6） 产品的修改和改进 诺克公司保留开发与改进其产品的权利。任何设计上的改变和改进都是为了提高诺克产品的使用功效。但是这些改进与改善的使用功效不对已经出运或已经使用中的产品负责。

 1) Applicable scope
The handling and lifting equipment sold by Nock Qingdao Forklift Co., Ltd. in the Peoples Republic of China. (Based on the invoices or its copies of Noke).
2) Important terms
Noke only provide quality assurance for the hitch which is caused by the quality of the equipment itself, and can only be made available to the first buyer. The warranty is ceased to be in effect in the following terms:
(1) Having not filled out any claim form for warranty claim;
(2) Modifying the equipment or design changes or replacement of original equipment parts out which has not been allowed by the Nock Corporation;
(3) The inappropriate use of equipment, such as working in environment blow the lowest permissible temperature, above the highest permissible temperature, using the equipment under dust or humid environments;
(4) As a result of incorrect storage or use of equipment or accidents;
(5) Equipment overloaded;
(6) Improper maintenance of the equipment;
(7) Violation of the operating requirements of the equipment manuals.
3) Effective time of the warranty claims
Being effective from the time when the product is shipped from Nock Corporation.
4) Claims caused during the transport process due to transport damage
If there is transport damage, the buyer is requested to notify and submit a claim to the transport companies, claiming to the insurance companies with proves such as the photos of the damaged products and so on. Buyers do not have to claim to Nock. If there are no claims in accordance with this process, transport companies have the right to refuse to accept the claim of the customers.
5) The return conditions of claim parts
Please don’t send the damaged parts to Nock the company without the permission of Noke Corporation. If claim buyers haven’t returned the damaged parts to Nock after the claim passed through Nock audit within 30 days, the costs of the claim are borne by the buyers on their own. If Noke found that the damage is caused by improper operation, claim costs are borne by the buyer.
6) Modifications and improvements of the products
Noke reserves the right to improve its products. Any design changes and improvements are intended to improve the effectiveness of the use of Nock products. However, these improvements and effectiveness are not responsible for the already shipped products or the products in use.
